Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Shipping timelines are approximate and do not include weekends, federal holidays, or unforeseen delays.
Free Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days
Orders placed after 12 PM MDT will begin processing the next business day.
Mother's Day Shipping
Standard | Order by April 30
Expedited | Order by May 5
Overnight | Order by May 6
For arrival by Mother's Day. Within the contiguous US.
Additional Shipping Details
Processing times: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. APO/FPO deliveries may take up to 21 business days depending on location.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
International orders: We do not currently ship outside the United States.
RETURNS
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
We accept returns on unworn, unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with packaging intact.
How to start a return
Email us at support@nikkiminimalist.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return shipping
We offer free shipping on every order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please email us at support@nikkiminimalist.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Final sale items
Discounted or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
